Move and feel better with one of our Assisted Stretching – fitness plans, which are professionally designed to provide either a partial or a full-body stretch for young student athletes to retirees. It helps to alleviate muscle tightness and soreness while improving overall flexibility. The FLEXOLOGY fitness method combines pulling and stretching techniques performed by a trained Flexologist/Practitioner. This method blends elements from Massage Therapy, Pilates, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Yoga. All of which are to offer a holistic approach to assisted stretching and myofascial release. Flexology, also known as Fascia Stretching, aims to restore balance and enhance flexibility.
Three (3) Different Stretch Session Types:
A. Express/Quick In & Out Stretching (30 mins):
This works best for young adult athletes – retirees or busy individuals that have no time for a 40 – 90 – minute stretch session. This session type offers either an upper or lower extremity stretch session.
B. Premium Stretching (45 mins):
This special session deals with a 20 – minute warm up exercise then on to a 25 – minute stretch session. This special technique locks down your fascia while stretching your body’s muscles in order to release tension in the tissues and increase circulation for the entire body.
C. Epic Stretching (60 mins – 90 mins):
Clients are able to maximize their results with this type of stretch session. It incorporates a 20 – minute warm up exercise, then includes either a 40 – minute or a 70 – minute stretch session. This session use what’s called the PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) technique. It warms the muscles while producing blood flow in order to increase flexibility and range of motion (ROM) even further.

You can choose to have these sessions at home or at you office, making it convenient to fit into your schedule.
Home Mobile Stretching: Enjoy a stretching session in the comfort of your home. We’ll come to you, allowing you to relax in your own comfort zone and to your own music.
OR
Corporate Mobile Stretching: We’ll bring our services to your office or special event location. Just let us know when (date and time) along as where (address/location), and we’ll be there for you. We enjoy being included at business/corporate offices and/or hotel conference centers/convention centers.
TIMED MINUTE SESSIONS:
Our one-on-one fitness routines are available in 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute increments, which is conducted on either a professional massage table or a yoga mat.

THREE (3) OPTION TYPES OF STRETCH SESSIONS: Myofascial methods releases tension in the connective tissues
1. Express Stretching: This 30 – minute session is for when you do not have time for a full body 45-90 – minute stretch session.
2. Elite Stretching: This session uses the Lock & Stretch method, which it locks down your fascia while stretching your muscles in order to release tension in the tissues, while increasing circulation for the entire body. It incorporates 20 minutes of warm up and 20 minutes of stretching.
3. Ultimate Stretching: This full body method session maximizes your overall results. It can be used during any of the 45 – 90 – minute sessions. This method incorporates the PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). It warms the muscles while producing flood flow in order to increase flexibility and range of motion (ROM) even further.
